Amito is driven by his passion to inspire people for science and technology. He has devoted his career to science education and communication as a teacher of science and technology, author, television presenter and deputy director of NEMO Science Museum. Amito Haarhuis has been director of Rijksmuseum Boerhaave since 1 April 2018.
