Registration Fees

The registration fee includes coffee/tea, lunches and travel to the excursions

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held in the Leiden Botanical Garden on Thursday night 6 September. The fee includes food & beverages as well as an excursion to the old Observatory.

After conference tour

Saturday 8 September we organize a tour to the old academic city of Franeker in the Northern part of the Netherlands. During this tour you will see some typical Dutch works: we visit the largest steam water pump station, the Afsluitdijk, the planetarium in the ceiling of Eise Eisinga and the orrery and Xylotheque in Museum Martena. The fee includes entrances, guidances, transport and lunch.

Other trips are best being made on your own; to Amsterdam, The Hague or Rotterdam. These cities are within easy reach by train and offer a variety of museums, see TIPS. 
Only one special occasion is organized for a very limited group: The curator of the Maritime Museum Amsterdam offers a special tour for a maximum of 10 persons, Saturday 6 September 11:00 o’ clock.  Registration for this tour will be at the registration desk of the conference.
