Rijksmuseum Boerhaave lends objects for exhibitions and displays both in the Netherlands and abroad. Explore our online database to discover our collection and make sure to review our loan conditions carefully. Loan requests must be submitted at least six months in advance. Photography
For personal use, you can download low-resolution images for free via our online database. If you need a high-resolution image or a photo of an object not yet included, send a request to collectie@rijksmuseumboerhaave.nl. Please include the object number, a description, and the purpose of your request.
Submit a request
Loan requests and new photo shoots take time, so please start your request well in advance. The use of existing images is free, but costs may apply for new photographs. For publications, we kindly ask you to credit the image appropriately and send us a copy for our library.
